What many look at as a romantic story about a couple who meets in a drug trial, I saw as a deeper exploration of Connie and Lorna, and how their lives parallel in the journey to find and be loved.

The Effect was performed at the Generic Theater in Norfolk, VA and was the recipient of VEER Magazines Best Local Community Theatre Production in 2022
